You are more than capable of manifesting your dreams using the Laws of Attraction, but sometimes we just need a little boost in the right direction.
The first step to using the Law of Attraction is to shift your mind to a more positive way of thinking, but that doesn’t mean that the Law of Attraction is a magic wand that will drop anything you want at your feet in 24 hours if you think some happy thoughts.
Using the Law of Attraction to manifest your dreams isn’t quite that easy. Our brains are wired for negativity, and we have to consciously, habitually rewire our brains to be positive.
These 8 habits are a surefire way to improve your mood and your brain waves and help you on your journey to manifesting dreams using the Law of Attraction.
Pay Attention to Your Focus
Before you can move forward with manifesting using the Law of Attraction, you have to realize what you are focusing on. According to the Law of Attraction, ‘like attracts like.’
So whether you realize it or not, you’re responsible for bringing both positive and negative influences into your life.
Are you focusing on negative thoughts? By paying more attention to what you are focusing on, you will better know what needs to change.
Start a “Worry List”
Our brains are wired to worry. All of our constant worrying can weigh heavily on us, and it can often keep us stuck. To help release your brain, get the negative energy out of your head and onto a piece of paper.
Keep the list for two weeks. At the end of the two weeks, you will realize that none of those worries were all that important. And, it’ll feel good to throw all of those useless worries into the trash!
Start a Gratitude List, Too
While you’re writing things down, you should also focus on some positives, too. Recognizing how fortunate you are and appreciating all of the blessings in your life will help raise your “feel-good” vibration.
Write Down Your Goals
Okay, one more thing to write down! Keep track of all of your goals by writing them down. Not only will it help you see a clear picture of all of your goals together and start connecting them, but it can also be a great starting point for creating inspired action steps toward those goals.
Quieten Your Mind With Meditation
Quiet your mind with meditation. This doesn’t mean that you should stop thinking, because that is definitely not what meditation is about. Instead, think of your mind like the ocean, full of turbulent movement with your thoughts being constantly tossed around.
To quieten your mind is like trying to find the right wave to ride.
Practice Diaphragmatic Breathing
Diaphragmatic breathing is sometimes called belly breathing or abdominal breathing and helps strengthen your diaphragm. It can also activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps produce a sense of safety, relaxation, and contentment.
So ditch the shallow chest breathing, and start working on deep belly breaths instead. It’s one of the easiest ways to help yourself be cool and calm while taking inspired action.
Make Some Moves
Don’t let negativity build up inside. Moving is a great way to release stress and negative energy from our bodies. You don’t have to do a really intense workout, either.
You can do anything that feels good to you, like practicing yoga, going for a walk around the neighborhood, or cranking up your favorite music and dancing!
Visualize Achieving Your Dreams
Take the time to read your written goals first thing in the morning, and then take a few minutes to visualize and connect with the feeling of achieving those goals. Have you ever heard someone tell you to ‘dress for the job you want?’
That’s sort of what this reminds me of. Feel like you already have what you want.
